After more than 25 years of projects, ribo+ academy is established — an open space built on sharing and the exchange of knowledge.
ribo+ academy is the training initiative of atelier ribo+
A project born to pass on the craft’s knowledge through the exchange between generations. A living place where learning is part of everyday life, intertwined with the workshop’s work: learning happens by doing, observing, participating, and sharing.
The academy welcomes interns, apprentices, and professionals seeking reskilling, guiding them through a concrete professional journey shaped by dialogue and experimentation. Each training project is tailor-made, built around the individual and the three areas of expertise of atelier ribo+.
Architecture
At atelier ribo+ we guide talents in developing design and creative skills, always integrated with a functional and sustainable vision. Together we go through the different stages of the process: from concept to technical development, from engaging with clients to managing relationships with suppliers and consultants, including on-site visits. The goal is to build the ability to transform ideas into high-quality solutions that respond to the real needs. We aim to train professionals capable of combining creativity, precision, and responsibility, contributing to projects that enhance spaces and the lives of those who inhabit them.

Landscape
Training people in landscape architecture means offering a path that combines technical skills, aesthetic sensitivity, and a focus on sustainability. We provide the opportunity to engage with every stage: from site analysis to design, from dialogue with clients and local communities to coordination with suppliers and artisans. Together, we develop the ability to integrate natural and built elements, to enhance the territory, and to create spaces that respond to both functional and environmental needs. The goal is to nurture professionals capable of combining creativity, technical rigor, and ecological responsibility, with projects that generate value for people and places.
Sara Anzi
Management
Training people in management means offering an experience that embraces all areas of business administration: human resources, accounting and finance, marketing and communication, logistics. It is a path that develops organizational, strategic, and coordination skills, essential for the proper functioning of a company. Through involvement in internal processes, interaction with different departments, and close collaboration with selected external consultants, trainees gain an overall vision and the ability to optimize resources, time, and workflows, contributing concretely to the quality and effectiveness of the company's operations.

Professional training
atelier ribo+ actively collaborates with leading Swiss schools in the training of new professionals in its three fields.
The placement of trainees in the atelier, also from abroad, is a lively opportunity for exchange and comparison for all.
The young trainees are placed in a working group where they can put their knowledge and experience to use.
