As concerns us, the expression “work dignifies man” is to be understood within a framework in which work’s pleasures do not come from the desire to produce appearances, but rather from the possibility of coming to a higher consciousness through one’s work – a framework in which one asks oneself very precise questions about how to better advance one’s activity and how to come up with better ways of expressing oneself and of continuously pushing on. The time has come to enact a new work awareness of a higher order and of a higher level of responsibility. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to lift with full perception the veil that separates the individual from his/her work, that unmentioned veil that is the culprit of the lack of awareness and responsibility. To become aware of and responsible for one’s work entails aiming for a level of harmony that yields fruits not only at work but also where personal relationships are concerned, as well as in all the areas of society in which one operates daily. Such is our vision and our philosophy: to operate in a new dimension in which work can be the expression of something greater, nobler, more highly evolved.
